To make shipping more efficient and sustainable, our dog beds are vacuum-sealed and compressed for delivery. Once opened, simply allow 24–48 hours for the bed to fully rebound and expand to its original shape. This process ensures your dog’s bed arrives in perfect condition while minimising packaging waste and shipping impact.

Returns Policy for beds

We want you (and your dog!) to love your new bed. If you change your mind, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Please note: we can only accept returns of unopened beds.
Our beds are vacuum-sealed and compressed for shipping, and once opened, they cannot be repackaged for hygiene and safety reasons.

To arrange a return, the bed must be unused, in its original packaging, and still vacuum-sealed.
If the packaging has been opened, we’re unable to accept the return unless the item is faulty.

If your bed arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can make it right.
